Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of WWPager (the “Service”), available at wwpager.com, mail.wwpnext.com and related subdomains, in the Telegram and WWChat bots, and in the iOS and Android apps. The Service is operated by OPSoft Inc (the “Company”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in Wyoming, USA. By creating an account or using the Service, you (the “User”) agree to these Terms in full. You must have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. The Service

WWPager is an email service. It lets you create email addresses on our domains and receive mail in the web client, in the Telegram or WWChat bot, and in our mobile apps. Depending on the address type, the Service also provides sending to external recipients, message storage, AI summaries of incoming mail, temporary addresses, EmailGuard forwarding to your own mailbox, connecting your own domain, and IMAP/SMTP access from external mail clients.

The Service is a software platform. Mail and account data are stored on infrastructure operated by us and by third-party hosting providers. We may add, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice to paying users.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate registration information. You may delete your account at any time from the settings of the web client or mobile app; deletion removes your addresses and stored mail. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to send, receive, or store any material that violates applicable law or the rights of others, including:

• spam, bulk unsolicited mail, or any other abuse of our sending infrastructure;
• phishing, malware, or fraudulent messages;
• content that infringes copyright or other intellectual-property rights;
• illegal content, or content inciting violence or hatred;
• attempts to bypass rate limits, quotas, or account restrictions.

Outbound mail is subject to per-hour and per-day limits to protect the reputation of our domains. You are solely responsible for the content you send and for the domains you connect to the Service.

5. Pricing and Payment

The Service uses a prepaid balance. You top up your balance, and the Service charges it daily for the addresses and options you keep active. Current pricing:

• basic digital address — free;
• temporary address — free, valid for 1 hour with optional extension;
• address on a regular domain — $0.10 per day;
• address on a premium domain — $0.15 per day;
• address on your own connected domain — $0.30 per day;
• extra storage — from $1.00 per month (5 GB) to $3.00 per month (20 GB), charged daily.

Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply at checkout. If your balance is insufficient for a daily charge, the affected address or option is suspended until you top up. Balance top-ups are not a subscription: nothing is charged to your payment method automatically, and you decide when to top up again.

Paddle.com Market Ltd acts as the merchant of record for card and PayPal top-ups made in the web client. Payments made this way are handled by Paddle, and the charge appears as “Paddle” on your statement. Top-ups made in the Telegram bot or the mobile apps are processed by Telegram, Apple, Google, or the respective payment provider under their own terms.

6. Refunds and Cancellation

You may request a refund of the unused part of your balance as described in our Refund Policy. You may stop using a paid address or option at any time by deleting it or cancelling the option; daily charges then stop.

7. Availability and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation or the delivery of every message, and we are not liable for lost profits, loss of data, or indirect or consequential damages. Email is not a guaranteed-delivery medium; you are responsible for keeping your own copies of important mail. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or remove an address or account that violates these Terms, upon a substantiated complaint, or as required by a competent authority or hosting provider. We notify the User in the Service or at the contact address on file. Accounts inactive for an extended period, and temporary addresses past their lifetime, may be removed together with their stored mail.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes are subject to the courts located in Wyoming, USA.
