Refund Policy
Last updated: July 27, 2026
1. 14-Day Refund
We want you to be happy with WWPager. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund of the unused part of your balance within 14 days of the top-up. The unused part is the amount still on your balance at the time of the request; funds already spent on daily charges for addresses, storage, or other options have been used and are not refundable.
If you top up and use nothing, you get the full amount back.
2. Merchant of Record
Card and PayPal top-ups made in the web client of WWPager (operated by OPSoft Inc) are sold through Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the merchant of record. Charges appear as “Paddle” on your statement.
Top-ups made through the Telegram bot or the iOS and Android apps are processed by Telegram, Apple, or Google. Refunds for those purchases follow the rules of the respective platform — for App Store and Google Play purchases, request the refund through Apple or Google.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email support@opsoftinc.com from the email address used for the purchase, or write to us from the account concerned, stating the date and amount of the top-up. We will confirm the refundable amount and process it.
4. Processing and Timing
Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. The refunded amount is deducted from your WWPager balance; paid addresses and options that can no longer be covered by the remaining balance are suspended.
5. Free Features
The basic digital address and temporary addresses are free and are never charged, so they do not require a refund.
6. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first — we resolve most cases faster than a chargeback. Accounts with an open chargeback may be suspended until the dispute is settled.
