1. Data Controller
The controller of personal data processed in connection with WWPager is OPSoft Inc, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Contact: support@opsoftinc.com.
2. Data We Process
- Account data — your Telegram or WWChat ID and username, first and last name as provided by that platform, a hash of your password if you use password login, your preferred language, and your phone number if you verify one to enable sending. We do not require your personal email address to register.
- Mail data — the addresses you create on our domains, incoming and outgoing messages (sender, recipients, subject, text and HTML body), attachments, and the forwarding address you enter if you enable EmailGuard.
- Billing data — your balance, transaction history, and the fact and status of payments. We never receive or store card numbers, bank details, or Apple ID / Google account credentials.
- Device data — push notification tokens and device type, and the sessions of the devices signed in to your account (device name, IP address and time of last activity) so you can review and revoke them.
- Technical data — server request logs and storage usage counters.
3. Purposes of Processing
Providing and operating the email service, authentication and account security, delivering incoming mail and push notifications, forwarding mail when you enable EmailGuard, billing and payment processing, customer support, abuse and spam prevention, and compliance with legal obligations.
4. Subprocessors and Third Parties
To operate the Service we share the minimum necessary data with the following providers:
- Paddle.com Market Ltd — payment processing for card and PayPal top-ups, acting as merchant of record and an independent data controller for payment data;
- Apple and Google — in-app purchases and delivery of push notifications to iOS and Android devices;
- Telegram — delivery of messages and notifications through the bot, and Telegram Stars payments;
- OpenAI — when you request an AI summary, the text of the message concerned is sent to OpenAI's API to generate that summary;
- hosting and infrastructure providers that operate the servers where the Service and its mail servers run;
- competent authorities — only where required by law.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use the contents of your mail for advertising or profiling.
5. Retention and Security
We retain data for as long as you use the Service. Messages on the free basic address are stored for 24 hours; temporary addresses and their mail are deleted when the address expires. Passwords are stored only as a cryptographic hash. Authentication tokens are short-lived and stored on your device in the iOS Keychain or Android EncryptedPreferences. All traffic between the clients and our servers is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS. Access to production data is restricted.
6. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law (including the GDPR and CCPA), you may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, and you may withdraw consent or lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. You can delete your account, addresses, and stored mail at any time in the settings of the web client or mobile app. For requests, email support@opsoftinc.com.
7. Cookies and Analytics
The web client stores your session tokens and interface preferences in your browser's local storage; these are essential for the Service to work. The web client and the mobile apps do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our marketing website wwpager.com uses Yandex.Metrika to measure traffic.
8. Changes
We may update this policy; the current version is always available on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
